This is Leroy. I shared a J with him this evening, right before he and his two friends took the stage to bring Tivoli straight to Kingston. Jamaica that is. The Undertakers played the pub tonight. Two men, one woman...a guitar, a bass box, and fantastic, old school reggae. After the intermission, a random brass section appeared from nowhere to back up the band. I danced my ass off.
And tomorrow night we do it all over again with the Big Takeover in Kingston, and Danielle's band on Saturday. SUCH a great weekend for music. I'm psyched! This is what makes village living worthwhile!
