I fell down the stairs of my house yesterday. Slipped right down about 5 steps. Luckily I was holding onto the railing, caught myself and managed to somewhat gracefully (in my mind at least) more "swing" down the steps rather than "fall". I continued on my way. The rest of the day working out sporadically...some situps here, some push ups there...300 squats during my nightly ritual of SATC.
I woke up this morning and I can barely move the right side of my body. My calf muscles feel like they're two inches too short for my legs. And the bruise forming on my ass is just short of monumental.
Off to go for a bike ride!
